In two parts: First of gold tinsel ribbed silver tinsel(used gold in this case), butted Indian Crow and black herl. Second part: Black silk ribbed with silver tinsel with a golden hackle.

White tip turkey (I used pre-tail which has a softer edge to it that I like), Bustard, red Macaw (I actually used hot orange turkey), light mottled Turkey, Mallard, Swan dyed red and blue and two toppings.
