The Rosy Dawn is the creation of Dr. Pryce-Tannatt. Dr. Pryce-Tannatt was the driving force in the preservation and conservation of the salmon fisheries of England in the first half of the 20th century. The Rosy Dawn is one of his most elegant salmon flies.
